SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer shipping to Canada, USA and Rest of the world via Purolator, Dhl or Canada Post. Shipping option will be chosen in order to get the products to the customer in an optimal way. Tracking will always be given to Canada and USA orders.
Rest of the world must chose tracking shipping, otherwise the order will ship without tracking and guarantee.
Orders will be procees in 24-48hrs on week days. Shipping usually takes 1-3 days for Canada and 5-7 days for USA, but might be faster if you get lucky. Rest of the world shipping usually takes 14-30 days if you do not chose a tracking shipping option.
We are not providing a guarantee on the shipping time. We do our best so you receive it as fast as possible, but we have no control on shipping companies issues.
Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
1. Standard Returns
1.1 If the customer receives the product in good shape and has no defect and the customer simply does not want the item anymore, the customer will have 15 days after receiving the item to email us and return the item in it's original condition and packaging.The customer will pay to ship back the product to our warehouse and is responsible for proper packaging and all shipping costs in order to receive a refund. Tracking number must be provided to FILT50 so we can easily receive the product. FILT50 will not refund return items that are loss via shipping companies.Customer will get a full refund of the item for non-discounted items.
For every discounted items, customer will get a store credit to be apply on any further purchase.Pass the 15 days point, the customer can still return the item but will be credited the original amount paid for that item for a future purchase on our website. Item(s) must arrive at in good, salable condition before a refund or credit can be given. Evaluation of the condition of the item is to the sole discretion for FILT50.
Headwear cannot be return due to sanitary purpose.The customer will pay to ship back the product to our warehouse and is responsible for proper packaging and all shipping costs in order to receive a refund. Tracking number must be provided to FILT50 so we can easily receive the product. FILT50 will not refund return items that are loss via shipping companies.
1.2 (Canada Only) If the customer receives the product in good shape and has no defect and the fit of the apparel simply does not meet customer standards, the customer will have 15 days after receiving the item of apparel to email us and let us know what size he/she would prefer. We will arrange pickup of the item and send another one of the right size. After what no exchange or return will be available on the new item receive.
1.3 FINAL SALE ON ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS AT 30% OFF OR MORE. NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND, NO CREDIT
2.Defective Products, Shipping Error, Returns
If the customer receive a defective product or the wrong product. The product must be returned to FILT50 warehouse for warranty repair or replacement. The customer will have 7 days after receiving the item to email us and let our team know the issue with the item. The item must be return in it's original condition and packaging.
FILT50 will take care of picking up the product at your place and sending a replacement or repair item.
FILT50 does not guarantee time and shipping option on Defective and error returns
USA & WORLD:

FILT50 keeps the right to repair,replace or refund the item if the item has been use in a standard and unexcessive matter. This evaluation is to the sole discretion of FILT50 and final decision will be sent by email to the customer.

All preorders sales are non refundable or non exchangable.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

You are responsible for duties and taxes outside Canada. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.
